Entering a specific code in the Windows PowerShell(Admin) can quickly solve your problem. Here are the steps to how to apply the instructions to your computer.
1. Uninstall your previous Roblox and delete every file your computer has.
2. Go to your Browser > Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings > Downloads. Make sure it is switched to the Downloads folder on your computer. If you don't find the option, open Settings, and search by typing Downloads.
3. Go to Roblox and click the play button to download it again.
4. Click Download and Install Roblox. A prompt of 4 steps will appear. Also, a pop-up will start installing Roblox.
5. Press Cancel when it is almost finished.
6. Right-click on the Windows logo and click on Windows PowerShell.
7. Press Yes to open the program.
8. Enter the code: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} in the command window and hit enter.
9. Move your cursor in the code and press once if you find your command is not finished working within 1 minute.
10. Close the Window and click Play on the Roblox.
11. Click on the play button, and your Roblox has been installed on your PC.
Open Roblox and try to play any game you wish. See if the install loop bothers you again.
Maybe you are facing the issue due to antivirus interference with the Roblox launcher. So, you need to uninstall your antivirus and open the Roblox launcher to see if this is the reason behind the endless install loop. There are steps to how you can uninstall your third-party antivirus.
1. Press Windows key+S, type control panel, and hit enter.
2. Navigate on Programs and then click on Uninstall a program.
3. Scroll down to look for your antivirus. When you do find it, right-click on it and click uninstall.
4. Confirm the deletion.
Give some time to delete Roblox from your PC's system. I suggest you restart your machine and launch Roblox to see if you face the same problem again.
Your Roblox keeps saying, 'Configuring Roblox' due to your faulty internet connection or network being restricted somehow. Do not waste time reasoning out which one is the case.
